This encourages us to do the process every day, rewiring our brain into thinking positive thoughts right before we go to bed. Doing this exercise at night releases happy hormones that stay with us through the night and to the morning. This means that positive thoughts will be the last thing on your mind at night and the first thing in the morning. This sets a tone for the day, attracting more positive experiences.

Creating Vision Board

A vision board offers us simple but powerful visual cues of positivity. The vision board can have pictures from a family vacation, a school scrapbook, or even that new office we've been eyeing. This board can be built up over time to include more things to be grateful for. This also builds the expectation of good things waiting to happen. We can also include some of our positive affirmation quotes to uplift us when we feel low.

Vision boards like these act as a constant reminder of things that make us happy. They convince us that things will get better while pushing us to keep working towards our dreams.

Saying Them Out Loud
