Why the colours look different
The rainbow code most of us know entered chakra teaching through 20th-century Western writers. Older texts give other colours. These cards use the Lifeism palette and keep the classical details where they belong: the names, places, elements, seed sounds and petals described in the Sat-Cakra-Nirupana.
Three cards from the deck
Root: Muladhara means root support, and the texts place it at the base of the spine.
Heart: Anahata means the unstruck sound, a gentle name for the centre placed at the heart.
Throat: Vishuddha means especially pure, with sixteen petals and the seed sound HAM.

Questions
Is this a printed deck?
This is a digital deck that you download and print at home. No physical cards will arrive in the post.
Do I need to know about chakras?
You can begin with the first card. Each chakra card explains the name and the details given in the old texts, while each practice card gives you one small step to try.
Can I print it at a print shop?
Yes. Take the A4 print-and-cut PDF to your local print shop and ask them to print at actual size. The cut guide is already included.
Is this medical advice?
From the classical texts, for reflection. Not medical advice. These cards do not diagnose or treat any physical or mental health condition.
What paper should I use?
Choose sturdy paper or light card that your printer accepts. A matt finish is easy to read and write on. If you print at a shop, ask to see their light card options.
